摘要
为了探索白木香结香机理,采用可可毛色二孢与腐皮镰孢菌开展了白木香野外接菌结香试验,并对白木香树枝接菌前后木质部的显微构造进行观测,研究真菌接菌结香对白木香木质部构造的影响。结果表明,结香真菌侵染白木香引起组织局部坏死反应,进而促使胼胝质积累以应答病原真菌引起的植物逆境胁迫,胼胝质参与了植物的生理防御反应以及沉香树脂的形成过程,糖在白木香沉香形成中或许具有重要作用。不同接菌处理白木香树枝5个月后,其导管、木射线薄壁细胞和内含韧皮部组织中均会形成沉香树脂。
In order to explore the agarwood-induction mechanism of Aquilaria sinensis trees,an experiment was carried out by using Lasiodiplodia theobromae and Fusarium oxysporum inoculating on the xylem of Aquilaria sinensis.The microscopic structure of Aquilaria sinensis xylem was studied before and after inoculation. It was found that fungi induced the infection of Aquilaria sinensis,which facilitated the accumulation of callose responding to stress in plant caused by pathogenic fungi; callose was involved in the defense reaction and the formation process of agarwood; sugar may play an important role in the agarwood formation of Aquilaria sinensis. After 5 months treatment with two kinds of fungi,agarwood would be inducted in Aquilaria sinensis’ s vessel,wood ray parenchyma cells and phloem tissue.
