摘要
目的:观察自拟柴葛解肌汤联合西药治疗对小儿外感发热(肺卫风热型)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:采用简单随机抽样法将90例肺卫风热型外感发热患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例;对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用柴葛解肌汤治疗;比较两组临床疗效、退热时间及治疗前后中医证候积分,并观察用药安全性。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,对照组治疗总有效率为80.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组退热起效时间、解热时间、完全退热时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间血常规、尿常规、便常规、心电图及肝肾功能均未见明显异常变化。结论:柴葛解肌汤联合西药治疗小儿外感发热(肺卫风热型)疗效显著,能够缩短退热时间,改善中医证候积分,且安全性较高。
Objective: To observe the curative effect and safety of Self-made Chaige Jieji Decoction combined with western medicine for infantile exogenous fever( lung-Wei wind-heat type). Methods: 90 children with infantile exogenous fever of lungWei wind-heat type were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group,45 cases in each group. The controlled group was treated with conventional western medicine while the observation group was treated with Self-made Chaige Jieji Decoction combined with western medicine. The clinical curative effect,fever clearance time and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The drug safety was observed. Results: There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups( 95. 56% vs 80. 00%)( P < 0. 05). The antipyretic onset time,antipyretic time and fever clearance time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the controlled group( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group( P < 0. 05). There were no obvious abnormal changes in the blood routine,routine urine,stool routine,electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion: Self-made Chaige Jieji Decoction combined with western medicine is markedly effective for the treatment of infantile exogenous fever( lung-Wei wind-heat type). The treatment can shorten the antipyretic time and improve the TCM syndrome scores,with high safety.
