摘要
目的:探讨防风通圣散(丸,颗粒,汤)临床应用的文献分布规律,为今后的临床应用提供参考。方法:以题名或关键词为"防风通圣散"或"防风通圣丸"或"防风通圣颗粒"或"防风通圣汤"计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库,各个数据库检索时间为建库至2018年3月的文献。采用文献计量学方法,运用noteExpress文献管理软件对文献进行管理,对文献年代分布、期刊来源、主治疾病、研究机构分布进行分析。结果:共检出有效文献297篇,文献发表近十年呈现递增的趋势,发表于135种期刊上,主治疾病最常见的是荨麻疹、肥胖和痤疮。结论:防风通圣散在临床上广泛应用治疗各种疾病,尤其是变态反应性疾病和代谢障碍疾病,其作用机制有待研究。
Objective:Analysis of the clinical application of the Fangfengtongsheng san(pill, particle, soup)Based on Literature, expecting to provide a convenient reference for further application. Method:Select the title or key words to conduct the literature retrieval of "Fangfengtong shengsan",or "Fangfengtong sheng wan", or "Fangfengtong sheng granules", or "Fangfengtong sheng soup",Databases including CNKI、WanFang Data were electronically searched from inception to March. 2018. Reference management was performed using noteEx-press software. Analysis of the literature age distribution, the Distribution Features of Periodical Documents, main clinical treatment disease,and the distribution of research organization. Result:Totally 297 literatures were searched, The published literature shows a gradually increasing tendency in the last ten years which were published in 135 journals. The most common treatment for disease of Fangfeng-tongsheng san is urticaria, obesity and acne.Conclusion:The Fangfengtongsheng san is widely used to treat all kinds of diseases in clinic,especially allergic diseases and metabolic disorders, However, the mechanism remains to be further studied.
