摘要
兼并收购已成为近年来我国房地产企业发展的重要战略之一。这一趋势在相关政策的催化下,也变得愈演愈烈,这意味着市场资源和生产要素将在房地产行业中进行重新组合,对于调整我国房地产行业结构及整体效率而言将产生关键影响。认真分析我国房地产发展现状与企业并购动因,从合理制定并购战略、提升房地产企业并购绩效和加强并购风险管理三个层面提出相关对策建议,可为我国房地产企业的并购实践提供可借鉴的参考。
Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)have become one of the important strategies for the development of real estate enterprises in China in recent years.This trend has been increasingly popular due to the catalysis effect of relevant policies.It means that market resources and production factors will be re-shuffled in the real estate industry,which will have a key impact on adjusting the structure and overall efficiency of the industry,This paper aims to carefully analyze the status quo of China's real estate industry and motivations behind the M&As,and offer suggestions in the three areas of making rational M&A strategy,improving the performance of real estate M&As and strengthening M&A risk management,in order to contribute to the M&A practices of real estate enterprises in China.
