摘要
目的 :探讨联用酶联免疫法、免疫荧光法和散射比浊法检测不同时期系统性红斑狼疮的临床效果。方法 :将2016年1月至2017年9月期间合江县人民医院收治的86例系统性红斑狼疮患者和同期进行健康体检的43例健康人作为研究对象。将43例健康人作为对照组,将43例活动期系统性红斑狼疮患者作为观察Ⅰ组,将43例非活动期系统性红斑狼疮患者作为观察Ⅱ组。对三组受检者均使用酶联免疫法、免疫荧光法和散射比浊法进行检测。然后,比较三组受检者抗ds-DNA抗体的阳性检出率、抗Sm抗体的阳性检出率、补体C3的水平及补体C4的水平。结果 :与对照组受检者相比,观察Ⅰ组受检者、观察Ⅱ组受检者抗ds-DNA抗体的阳性检出率、抗Sm抗体的阳性检出率均更高,P <0.05。与观察Ⅱ组受检者相比,观察Ⅰ组受检者抗ds-DNA抗体的阳性检出率、抗Sm抗体的阳性检出率均更高,P <0.05。与对照组受检者、观察Ⅱ组受检者相比,观察Ⅰ组受检者补体C3的水平、补体C4的水平均更低,P <0.05。结论 :联用酶联免疫法、免疫荧光法和散射比浊法检测不同时期系统性红斑狼疮的效果显著。
objective: to explore the clinical effects of combined enzyme immunoassay, immunofluorescence and scattered turbidimetric assay in the detection of systemic lupus erythematosus in different periods. Methods: a total of 86 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(sle) admitted to hejiang county people’s hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 and 43 healthy people who underwent health physical examination at the same time were studied. 43 cases of healthy people as control group, 43 patients in active systemic lupus erythematosus(sle) patients as observation Ⅰ group, 43 cases of active sle patients as observation Ⅱ groups. Three groups of subjects were tested by elisa, immunofluorescence and scattering turbidity. Then, the positive detection rate of anti-ds-DNA antibody, positive detection rate of anti-sm antibody, level of complement C3 and level of complement C4 were compared among the three groups. Results: compared with control group subjects, and to observe Ⅰ Ⅱ client, observation group client ds-DNA antibody positive detection rate of resistance, resistance to Sm antibodies positive detection rate is higher, P <0.05). Compared with the observed Ⅱ group client, observe Ⅰ group client ds-DNA antibody positive detection rate of resistance, resistance to Sm antibodies positive detection rate are higher, P < 0.05). Ⅱ client, observation group with the control subjects, compared to observe patients Ⅰ group the levels of C3, complement C4 levels are lower, P < 0.05). Conclusion: elisa, immunofluorescence and scattering turbidimetric assays are effective in detecting systemic lupus erythematosus.
