摘要
本文实证研究不同类型农村基础设施对粮食全要素生产率的影响。首先,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法测算中国30个省份1996-2015年的粮食全要素生产率。其次,采用系统广义矩估计(SYS-GMM)来验证三大农村基础设施(即水利、交通与电力基础设施)对粮食全要素生产率的影响。研究结果表明:农田水利基础设施对粮食全要素生产率有显著的正向影响;农村交通基础设施当期对粮食全要素生产率没有显著影响,其滞后项则对粮食全要素生产率存在显著的正向影响。农业电力基础设施对粮食全要素生产率的影响并不显著。
This paper investigates the effects of different types of rural infrastructure on total factor productivity (TFP)of grain.First,the grain total factor productivity of 30provinces in China from 1996to 2015is calculated by DEA-Malmquist index method.Second,Systematic Generalized Method of Moments (SYS-GMM)is adopted to verify the impact of three major rural infrastructures (rural water conservancy irrigation,transportation,and electricity infrastructure)on TFP.The results show that rural water conservancy irrigation has significant and positive effect on total factor productivity of grain,while the rural transportation infrastructure has no significant impact on total factor productivity of grain in the current period,but its lagged variables have a remarkable positive influence on TFP.The impact for agricultural electricity infrastructure on total factor productivity is not significant.
