摘要
目的对慢性前列腺炎的病原微生物检验及药敏、耐药性进行分析。方法 50例慢性前列腺炎患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受尿道病原微生物检测,并对检测阳性患者实施药敏试验,分析其检测结果。结果 50例慢性前列腺炎患者中, 15例患者病原微生物检测结果为阳性,其检测阳性率为30.0%。其中3例为人型支原体阳性,人型支原体阳性率为6.0%;12例为解脲脲原体阳性,解脲脲原体阳性率为24.0%。解脲脲原体阳性率明显高于人型支原体阳性率。支原体对强力霉素的耐药性相对较差,对司帕沙星、交沙霉素、阿奇红霉素、环酯红霉素、环丙沙星、罗红霉素及左氧氟沙星氟化钠注射液(商品名:可乐必妥)的敏感性相对较差。结论慢性前列腺炎患者接受病原微生物检验以及药敏检验,可有效对其病情进行评估,为其抗生素的选择提供指导依据。
Objectiv.e To analyz'e the pathogenic microorganism examination,drug sensitivity and drug resistance of chronic prostatitis.Methods A total of 50 chronic prostatitis patients as study subjects all tested for pathogenic microorganisms in the urethra.Drug sensitivity tests were carried out for positive patients and the results were analyzed.Results Among the 50 patients with chronic prostatitis,there were 15 patients with positive pathogenic microorganisms,and the positive rate was 30.0%.Among them,3 cases were positive for Mycoplasma hominis,the positive rate was 6.0%;12 cases were positive for Ureaplasma urealyticum,and the positive rate was 24.0%.The positive rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum was significantly higher than that of Mycoplasma hominis. Mycoplasma had relatively poor resistance to doxycycline and relatively poor sensitivity to sparfloxacin,josamycin, azithromycin,erythromycin cycloate,ciprofloxacin,roxithromycin and levofloxacin sodium chloride (trade name: Clopido).Conclusion Pathogenic microorganism test and drug sensitivity test can effectively evaluate the condition of chronic prostatitis patients and provide guidance for the selection of antibiotics.
