摘要
目的:建立鱼腥草滴鼻剂中甲基正壬酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用固相萃取气相色谱法,选用C18固相萃取柱对样品进行富集;色谱柱为HP-5毛细管柱(30 m×0. 32 mm,0. 25μm),程序升温80~160℃,速率5℃·min^(-1);流量1. 5 ml·min^(-1)。结果:甲基正壬酮在16. 50~264. 00μg·ml^(-1)范围内具有良好线性关系(r=0. 999 8),平均回收率为99. 72%,RSD为1. 4%(n=9)。结论:该测定方法简便、快速、准确,可用作鱼腥草滴鼻剂中甲基正壬酮的含量测定。。
Objective: o establish a SPE-GC method to determine the content of methyl-n-nonylketone in Yuxingcao nasal drops.Methods: The samples were enriched by a C18 SPE column. The determination was perform on an HP-5 column(30 m × 0. 32 mm,0. 25 μm),the programmed column temperature was elevated from 80℃ to 160℃ at the rate of 5℃ ·min-1,and the flow rate was1. 5 ml·min-1. Results: A good linearity was obtained within the range of 16. 50-264. 00 μg·ml-1(r = 0. 999 8),and the average recovery of methyl-n-nonylketone was 99. 72%( RSD = 1. 4%,n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the determination of methyl-n-nonylketone in Yuxingcao nasal drops.
