摘要
当前世界农业生产面临着资源浪费、环境污染、食品质量下降等一系列问题,农业可持续发展面临巨大挑战。在生物、工业、信息等技术高速发展的背景下,精准农业兴起,并成为了世界各国实现农业绿色发展和农业现代化的共同选择。本文首先分析了精准农业发展对生产者、消费者和社会总体产生的效益,接下来总结了世界各国精准农业发展中面临的突出问题和应对策略。之后聚焦中国,发现精准农业在我国发展的技术支持、土地规模保障和人才支撑都略显不足。最后,根据中国国情和国际经验,基于技术、土地和人才三个视角为精准农业在中国的实践发展理清思路。
Currently,agriculture production of the world is faced with a series of problems,such as waste of resources,environmental pollution and decline of food quality,which poses a great challenge to the sustainable development of agriculture.Under the 'background of the rapid development of biology, industry and information technology,precision agriculture(PA)has become the common choice of agri- cultural green development and modernization in lots of countries in the world.This paper analyzed the benefits of PA to producers,consumers and the society.Then,we summarized the prominent problems and coping strategies based on the PA practice of some foreign countries.Focusing on Chine,we find that the development of PA has a little deficiency in technology,land scale and high-quality labor force.Based China's national conditions and international experience,we put forward some suggestions for the development of PA in ,China from the perspectives of technology,land scale and labor force.
