摘要
特色小镇建设是我国城乡统筹发展过程中的重要议题,惠州建设特色小镇对该市的供给侧结构性改革、建设绿色现代化山水城市、推进高端资源要素聚集、产业空间布局优化,以更高水平、更好质量进入珠三角第二梯队具有重要的战略意义。通过梳理惠州市特色小镇的创建背景、建设现状,分析特色小镇存在问题和发展趋势,提出相应的发展建议,也为广东特色小镇创新特区的建设提供建议和参考。
The construction of characteristic towns is an important issue in the process of development of urban and rural areas in China.The construction of characteristic towns in Huizhou is important to the supply-side reform ofthe city,the construction of a greenmodern landscape city,the accumulation of high-end resources,the optimization of the layout of the industrial space and entering the second tier of the Pearl River Delta with a higher level and better quality.By combing the background and present situation of the construction of Characteristic Towns in Huizhou,this paper analyzes the problems and development trends of characteristic towns,and puts forward development proposals,and also provides the suggestions and references for the construction of the characteristic town of Guangdong.
