摘要
目的探究协作管理新模式应用于社区老年人健康促进中的作用。方法我社区卫生中心自2016年1月开始在老年人健康促进中实施协作管理新模式,在实施前后于辖区内各随机抽取出500例老年人为研究对象,实施前给予常规健康促进,实施后则在健康促进中应用协作管理新模式,对比实施前后的健康认知水平、健康生活方式依从性等。结果干预1年时实施后500例老年人健康认知水平高于实施前,且规律作息、合理饮食、定期体检、适度锻炼的依从性均高于实施前,P <0. 01。结论协作管理新模式应用到社区老年健康促进管理中是可行的,利于创造社区老年人健康管理的新模式。
Objective To explore the role of collaborative management model in the health promotion of the elderly in the community.Methods The community health center from the beginning of January 2016in the elderly health promotion in the implementation of the new mode of cooperation in the management,before and after the implementation in the area of the randomly selected 500cases of elderly subjects,the elderly before the implementation of routine health promotion,after the implementation of the elderly in health promotion in the applieation of new mode of collaborative management,the implementation of contrast before and after the health of the elderly cognitive level,healthy lifestyle compliance etc.Results After 1 years of intervention,the level of health eognition of 500elderly people was higher than that before implementation,and the compliance with regular daily work,reasonable diet,regular physical examination and moderate exercise was higher than before implementation,P <0.01.Conclusion It is feasible to apply the new model of writing management to the management of elderly health promotion in eommunity,and it is beneficial to create a new model for the'health management of the elderly in the community.
