摘要
转速电流双闭环直流调速系统设计的关键是电流调节器和转速调节器的设计,它直接影响着系统的动静态性能。为此,对两调节器进行优化设计,在确定调速系统的数学模型的基础上进行选择,求得调节器、元器件及有关环节的参数,并进行性能分析,获得系统最佳控制方案。并以电气原理图为基础,对该系统进行MATLAB计算机仿真。理论设计、分析和仿真结果均表明,优化设计的两个调节器性能良好,应用是可行的。
The design key of the double closed-loop DC regulating velocity system of the rotational speed and electric current is the design of current regulator and speed regulator. It directly influence the system’s dynamic and static performance. Therefore, it carries on the optimizing design to two regulators. Based on regulating velocity system mathematical model, it chooses the current regulator and speed regulator, seeks the parameters of regulators and component and related links, analyzes their performances, and gets system’s optimal control program. Then, it takes the electrical schematic diagram as the foundation and carry on the MATLAB computer simulation to this system. Theoretical design and analysis and simulation results all have proved that two regulators that is optimized design are Good performance,its application is feasible.
