摘要
目的研究桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤切除后吻合血管腓骨小头移植修复骨缺损的疗效。方法选择2010年3月至2017年12月某院接诊的100例桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤切除后吻合血管腓骨小头移植修复骨缺损的患者进行研究。术后1个月对患者的手术优良率以及腕关节活动度进行评定与测量。结果所有患者的情况在围手术期均得到恢复。术后1个月患者的手术优良率评测结果:有48例患者为优(48.00%),41例患者为良(41.00%),11例患者为一般(11.00%)。手术后患者的背伸、掌屈、尺偏以及桡偏的关节活动度情况均得到明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用肿瘤侵蚀段的切除手术结合桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤切除后吻合血管腓骨小头移植修复术进行治疗,能够有效的恢复手术侧腕关节的结构以及活动能力。
Objective To study the effect of vascularized fibular head transplantation for repairing bone defect after resection of giant cell tumor of distal radius.Methods 100 patients with giant cell tumor of the distal radiuds admitted in a hospital from March 2010 to December 2017 were selected to study the repair of bone defect after the resection of the vascularized fibula small head after the resection of the distal radius of the distal radius.The excellent and good rate of operation,MSTS score and wrist mobility were evaluated and measured 1 months after the operation. Results All patients recovered during the perioperative period.One month after the operation,the excellent rate of operation was evaluated.The rate of 48 patients were excellent,41 patients good and 11 normal.After the operation, postoperative joint mobility of patients with back extension,palmar flexion,ulnar deviation and radial deviation were significantly improved and the difference was of statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion It is effective to restore the structure and ability of the wrist joint with the resection of the tumor segrnent.and the repair of the distal radius bone giant cell tumor after resection of the vascularized fibula head transplantation.
