摘要
介绍了一种立体卷铁心的开料方法,通过合理的设计,实现六段七级料带等长的目的,对每级料带数据的计算进行了阐述和推导,提出了一种省时省料的开料方式。
A new manufacturing method of tridimensional wound-core material belt is introduced. The aim of six sections and seven stages at the same length of material belt is realized through reasonable design. The calculation of each stage material strip is expounded and deduced, and a kind of material cutting method is put forward which saves time and material.
