摘要
蓉3A是成都市农林科学院作物研究所以金23B为母本、蓉18B为父本进行杂交,F3代选株与蓉18A测交,并经多代回交育成的籼稻三系不育系,具有不育性稳定、异交结实率高、配合力好、米质较优、抗稻瘟病等特点,2012年通过四川省技术鉴定。利用该不育系已育成蓉3优918、蓉3优533通过国家(长江上游)品种审定,育成蓉优3324、蓉3优304、蓉3优907通过四川省品种审定。
Rong 3A,derived from the F3 single plants selected from the cross of Jin 23B/Rong 18B testcrossed with Rong 18A,is a new indica CMS line in rice developed through many years of successive backcrosses by the Crop Research Institute,Chengdu Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences.It shows such characteristics as stable male sterility,high outcrossing rate,good combining ability,relatively good grain quality and blast resistance.In 2012,it was technically identified by Sichuan Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee.Derived from this CMS line,a series of F1 hybrids have been developed.Among them,Rong 3 You 918 and Rong 3 You 533 were registered and released by the National Crop Variety Appraisal Committee for the upper reach of Yangtze River valley and Rongyou 3324,Rong 3 You 304 and Rong 3 You 907 by Sichuan Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee.
