摘要
目的研究Ras相关结构域蛋白10(RASSFl0)在结直肠癌中的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测102例结直肠癌组织及配对的癌旁组织中RASSFl0蛋白的表达情况;分析RASSFl0的表达和临床病理特征的关系;分析RASSFIO的表达和预后的相关性。结果RASSFl0在结直肠癌组织中的高表达率为30.39%(31/102),而在癌旁组织中高表达率为58.82%(50/102),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RASSFl0高表达组与低表达组结直肠癌患者在淋巴结转移、TNM分期方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RASSFl0高表达组与低表达组结直肠癌患者在年龄、性别、分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度和肿瘤位置方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);RASSFl0低表达患者的总生存天数显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论结直肠癌组织中RASSFl0低表达与结直肠癌的发生、发展可能有关,RASSFl0可能是结直肠癌新的标志物及治疗靶点。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of Ras association domain protein 10 (RASSFIO)and clinical significance in eolorectal cancer (CRC).Methods Immnnohistochemistry was applied to detect the expression of RASSF10 protein in 102colorectal cancer tissues and matched adjacent normal tissues.The rela- tionship between the expression of RASSF10 and clinicopathological features and the correlation between the expression of RASSF10and prognosis of CRC patients were analyzed.Results The high expression rate of RASSF10 was 30.39% (31/102)in colorectal cancer tissues,and 58.82%(60/102) in 102 adjacent tissues (P <0.05).The expression of RASSF10 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage in patients with colorectal cancer (P < t 0.05),while the expression of RASSF10 bad no significant difference with age,sex,differentiation degree,depth of in- vasion and location of tumors (P >0.05).The survival time in patients with low expression of RASSF10 was significantly shortened and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusions The low expression of RASSF10 in CRC tissues may be related to the occurrence and development of CRC.RASSF10 may be a new biomarker and therapeu- tic target of CRC.
