高职院校教学质量多元化影响因素研究——以合肥职业技术学院会计专业为例

摘要 高职院校教学质量问题一直备受关注。基于社会发展、地方建设、用人单位要求、学生意愿及家长期望等多元化影响因素,选取合肥职业技术学院会计专业为研究对象,研究高职院校教学质量问题,并提出提升高职院校教学质量的主要方法:外部推动与内部驱动相结合、人才培养模式与教学质量保障体系相契合、现代教学手段和传统教学模式相配合等,以利于将专业课程融通地方产业链,提升高职院校教学质量,逐步适应国家战略的需求、行业企业发展需求、职业院校特色发展的需要和技术技能人才成长需要,最终促进高职院校全面可持续发展,进而更好地为区域经济发展服务。 The quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges has attracted much attention.In this paper,based on the diversified needs of social development,local construction,employers’ requirements,students’ wishes and parents’ expectations,this paper selects the research object of accounting major in Hefei Career Technical College and studies the problems of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges,and the main methods to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges are put forward.Promote the combination of the internal drive,the talent training mode and the teaching quality guarantee system,the modern teaching means and the traditional teaching mode,in order to integrate the professional curriculum to the local industrial chain,improve the teaching quality of the higher vocational colleges,and gradually adapt to the needs of the national strategy,the development demand of the industry enterprises and the vocational college.The needs of the development of the school characteristics and the need for the growth of technical skills talents will eventually promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of the higher vocational colleges,and thus better serve the development of the regional economy.
