摘要
目的:比较生血灵系列辨证与环孢素治疗糖皮质激素抵抗型免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患者的疗效及卫生经济学效益。方法:选择120例激素抵抗型ITP患者,随机分为治疗组予以生血灵系列辨证联合小剂量激素治疗,以及对照组予以环孢素联合小剂量激素治疗,每组各60例。治疗后,观察两组患者疗效,比较两组治疗期间直接费用、间接费用,并比较成本一效果比以分析卫生经济学效应。结果:两组激素抵抗型ITP患者治疗12周以后,治疗组总有效率66.7%。对照组总有效率为43.3%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组治疗费用及成本效果比均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生血灵系列辨证治疗激素抵抗型免疫性血小板减少症疗效优于环孢素,并具有更好的卫生经济学效应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To compare the efficacy and health economics benefits of Shengxueling and cyclosporine in the treatment of glucocorticoid resistant immune thrombocytopenia(ITP).Methods:A total of 120 patients with steroid resistant ITP treated in our department were randomly divided into treatment group which was treated with Shengxueling series combined with low dose prednisone,and the control group which was treated with cyclosporine combined with low dose prednisone,60 cases in each group.After treatment,the curative effects of the two groups were observed.The direct and indirect costs of the two groups were compared,and the cost -effectiveness ratio was compared to analyze the health economics effect.Results :After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 66.7%.and that of the control group was 43.3%.The two groups had statistical difference (P <0.05),and the treatment group's was better than the control group's.The therapeutic cost and cost -effectiveness ratio of the treatment group were all lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion :The therapeutic effect of Shengxueling series is better than cyclosporine in the treatment of steroid resistant immune thrombocytopenia,and has better health economics effect.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
