家蚕黄、绿茧色限性种质材料创新及其杂交组合主要性状评价 被引量:2

Innovation of Silkworm Germplasms with Sex-limited Yellow and Green Cocoon Colors and Evaluation on Main Characteristics of Their Hybrid Combination

摘要 采用黄、绿(白)茧色限性蚕品种分别与绿色茧蚕品种和综合经济性状优良的白色茧蚕品种进行杂交,选育出黄、绿茧色限性中系CLC-03、CLC-04、CLC-05和日系CU-06、CU-07等5个育种材料。选育出的各育种材料的发育经过、强健性、茧质等成绩都不同程度优于黄、绿(白)茧色限性亲本D03,其中表现最突出的是中系CLC-04、日系CLJ-06。中系CLC-04、日系CLJ-06与亲本D03相比,全龄经过短3d;虫蛹率分别提高22.45个百分点和10.88个百分点;全茧量有所提高,茧层率分别提高1.67个百分点和0.79个百分点。二元杂交组合CLC-04×CLJ-06的实验室鉴定成绩显示:该组合为素蚕,限性性状稳定;茧色鲜艳,黄色茧为雌,绿色茧为雄;全龄经过20d左右,可雌雄茧分别缫丝,雄茧丝质成绩普遍优于对照品种两广二号。 Silkworm (Bombyx mori)breeding materials with sex-limited yellow and green cocoon colors,namely CLC-03, CLC-04,CLC-05of Chinese strains and CLJ-06,CLJ-07of Japanese strains,were bred by using sex-limited silkworm variety with yellow and green (white)cocoon colors,silkworm variety with green cocoon color,and silkworm variety with white cocoon color and good comprehensive economic characteristics as parental strains.The duration of development,vitality and cocoon quality of obtained breeding materials were better than parent strain D03with sex-limited yellow and green (white)cocoon color.Among them,the Chinese strain CLC-04 and Japanese strain CLJ-06showed better characteristics. As compared with D03,the duration of all instars were 3 days shorter,the larva-pupa rates were increased by 22.45 percentage points and 10.88percentage points,the cocoon weight had a little increase,and the cocoon shell rate was increased by 1.67 and 0.79percentage points respectively.Laboratory identification results of the hybrid combination CLC-04xCLJ-06showed that it is plain in body marking,stable in sex-limiting,and bright in cocoon color (yellow cocoon is female and green cocoon is male).Its duration of all instars was about 20 days,its male and female cocoons can be reeled separately,and the silk quality of its male cocoons was mostly better than that ofthe control variety Liangguang No.2.
