摘要
通过基因打靶技术选育获得的一类家蚕品种,仅有雌性个体表达红色荧光蛋白。针对这一特性,为实现家蚕雌雄蛹鉴别自动化,采用特定波长的绿光(550nm)照射蚕蛹,雌蛹可激发出明显的橙色荧光,结合机器视觉技术,设计了雌雄蚕蛹高速分选机。利用样机实现了对雌雄蚕蛹的高速分选,分选速度可达90粒/min,精度为100%。设计的样机不仅减轻了蚕种生产过程中雌雄鉴蛹的劳动强度,而且大大提高了生产效率。
Red fluorescent protein was expressed only in female individuals of a silkworm( Bombyx mori) variety bred by gene targeting technology. According to this characteristic,in order to discriminate male and female silkworm pupae automatically,silkworm pupae were irradiated with wavelength specific green light( 550 nm),and orange fluorescence was excited only in female pupae. High speed sorting machine for male and female silkworm pupae was designed in combination with machine vision technology. High-speed discrimination of male and female silkworm pupae was achieved using the designed prototype. The sorting speed reached 90 pupae per minute and the accuracy was 100%. This machine not only reduces the labor intensity of male and female pupae discrimination in silkworm eggs production,but also greatly improves the efficiency of eggs production.
