摘要
针对锚杆无损检测技术所具有的快捷、经济、无破坏性的特点,提出基于声波动测法的锚杆侧面阻力检测,以评价锚杆的锚固质量。通过力学分析得到砂浆全锚锚杆侧面阻力的动测表达式,并结合具体算例进行仿真绘图分析,得到了传感器采集截面处锚杆侧面阻力曲线。然后对侧面阻力的影响因素固结波速、锚杆长度、锚固界面阻尼系数和应力波衰减系数进行量化分析,获得了各因素对侧面最大阻力的影响规律。
In view of the characteristics of last,economm and non-destructive,puts rorward the method of detecting the lateral resistance of rock bolt based on the acoustic wave method to evaluate the anchorage quality.The mathematical expressions about dynamic measurement of lateral resistance of mortar anchor bolt is obtained through wave theory analysis,and the sensor collection section of the lateral resistance curve is drawn by a specific example of simulation drawing analysis.Several factors of consolidation wave velocity,anchor length,anchorage interface damping coefficient and stress wave attenuation coefficientare analysed quantitativly in order to know their influence on maximal lateral resistance of anchor.
