摘要
"自我所有权"的概念有其自身的演绎和发展过程。立足于"自我所有权"概念自身的逻辑,就能够厘清自由至上主义对"自我所有权"与"私有财产权"的混淆使用,从而有力地批判自由至上主义对"私有财产权"所做的道德辩护。科恩基于社会主义平等原则,在对诺齐克自我所有权原则进行反驳的同时,澄清了被自由主义混淆了的"自我所有权"与"私有财产权"概念,为人类社会的运行机制提出了一种可能的良序状态。不过,科恩仅仅是从个体出发去审视自我所有权下的私有制原则,缺乏一种从超越个体的人的"类本质"去看待该问题的视角。
The concept of self-ownership has its own interpretational and developmental process.Based on the logic of the concept of self-ownership,the libertarian confusion of "self-ownership"and "private property rights"can be clarified,and we can thereby strongly criticize the moral defense of "private property rights"by libertarianism.Based on the principle of social equality,Cohen refuted Nozick's principle of self-ownership, clarified the concepts of "self-ownership"and "private property rights"which were confused by libertarianism, and proposed a possibility for the operating mechanism of human society.However,Cohen only proceeded from the individual to examine the principle of private ownership under self-ownership,and lacked a way to view this issue from the perspective of the "Gattunswessen"of people which transcends the individual.
