摘要目的观察小剂量舒芬太尼在剖宫产术麻醉中预防寒战和牵拉痛的作用。方法选取我院2016年5月—2017年5月接收的88例行剖宫产产妇为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组。对照组44例产妇给予布比卡因麻醉,试验组44例产妇在对照组麻醉给药基础上加用小剂量舒芬太尼,比较2组产妇注药后不同时间段寒战、牵拉痛情况以及新生儿产后情况。结果试验组各时间段寒战评分以及牵拉痛评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组新生儿出生1min Apgar评分与5 min Apgar评分与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对于剖宫产产妇给予小剂量舒芬太尼麻醉可有效降低产妇分娩过程中的寒战以及牵拉痛。
