摘要
通过阐述"通补兼施"法之机理、"通补兼施"法之具体应用以介绍吴承艳教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征性不孕症经验。认为"虚"与"不通"是导致该病的主要原因,"虚"者包括脾与肾的亏虚,"不通"者包括痰湿、湿热、寒湿、瘀血、肝郁阻滞不通,故在治疗时虚者补之、不通者通之,"通补兼施"具体应用抓住辨证、分期、兼症三点,"辨证"重在辨证候之虚实,"分期"重在明各生理分期之特点,"兼症"重在察主兼症之联系,参考三者灵活运用"通""补"。文末举验案一则,以供思路借鉴。
This article introduces professor Wu Chengyan’s experience in the treatment of Infertility resulting from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome by elaborating the mechanism of Dredge-Supplement Prescription and its specific application. It is believed that deficiency and obstruction are the main causes of the disease,and deficiency represents the deficiency of spleen and kidney,obstruction represents the obstruction of the phlegm-dampness,damp-heat,cold-dampness,blood stasis and liver-qi. Therefore,Supplementing weakness and removing blockage is necessary in the treatment process. The application of Dredge-Supplement Prescription grasps three main points including Syndrome Differentiation,Staging and Accompanied Symptom. Syndrome Differentiation focuses on identifying syndromes whether excess or deficiency,Staging focuses on the characteristics of the various physiological stages,Accompanied Symptom focuses on the link between the main symptoms and accompanied symptoms,and with reference to the above three to flexibly use Dredge-Supplement Prescription. At the end of the paper provide a case for reference.
