摘要
简要介绍了TRIZ法的基本原理。探讨了采用TRIZ方法提高LF炉钢液化学成分均匀性的可行性。通过TRIZ功能模型的使用、因果分析和物-场模型等工具,最终确定了提高LF炉钢液化学成分均匀性的熔炼和钢液搅拌装置。
The essential principle of TRIZ method was briefly introduced.It was explored whether uniformity of liquid steel in LF furnace could be improved by the use of TRIZ method.After the use of TRIZ functional model,analysis of cause-effect relationship and the use of mass-field model,the equipments used for smelting and liquid steel agitation,by which the uniformity of liquid steel in LF furnace may be improved,has been determined in the end.
