摘要
脓毒症是一种威胁人类健康的严重临床综合征。全球每年的患病人数约为3000万人次,其中约600万人死亡[1]。2016年《第三版脓毒症与感染性休克定义的国际共识》(简称脓毒症3.0)发布,把脏器功能损伤作为诊断脓毒症的重要依据,根据序贯器官衰竭评分(Sequential Organ FailureAssessment,SOFA)判断各个脏器的功能损伤情况,其涉及的脏器包括呼吸系统、造血系统、循环系统和肝功能、肾功能、神经功能等。
Sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction(SIMD)refers to the intrinsic myocardial systolic and diastolic dysfunction of both the left and right sides of the heart induced by sepsis.SIMD is a common complication in septic patients and is associated with increased mortality.And SIMD can be an independent risk factor of mortality in septic shock patients.However,the characteristics of the structure and function of the right heart in septic patients are not very clear.There are more and more researches on right ventricular dysfunction in sepsis.The purpose of this review is to summarize the research progess of right ventricular dysfunction in sepsis.
