摘要
目的:借助信息技术,构建科学、先进的基于HIS护理质量控制信息系统。方法:以甘肃省某三甲医院为研究对象,通过对护理质量控制信息系统的总体设计,进行指标库的建立、系统操作流程的制定及报表的合成。结果:设计开发出护理质量控制综合评价管理系统,促进了护理质量管理工作的发展,提升了管理效率。结论:护理质量控制信息系统的构建提高了护理质量管理工作的科学性、准确性和时效性,未来仍需不断改进和完善。
Objective:To develop a scientific and advanced nursing quality control information system based on HIS by means of information technology.Methods:Taking a top tertiary hospital of Gansu Province as the research object, the index database,system operation process and the report forms system were developed with the overall design of nursing quality control information system.Results:The comprehensive evaluation management system of nursing quality control was designed and developed which promoted the improvement of nursing quality management and promoted management efficiency.Conclusions:The construction of nursing quality control information system improves the scientificity,accuracy and timeliness of nursing quality management but still needs to be completed in the future.
