摘要
通过对第四轮学科评估结果的网络结构分析发现:学科门类差异不大,评估结果合理可靠;学科差异较大,雁阵式学科结构初现;地区差异明显,区域内存在学科洼地;高校差异化发展趋势明显。最后提出三点建议:坚持对学科进行实时评估;充分尊重高校的办学自主权,科学缓解区域间学科差异;坚持高校差异化发展,打造"双一流"。
Through the network structure analysis of the fourth round of subject evaluation, it is found that there is little difference among subject categories and the result of the evaluation is reasonable and reliable. However, discipline differences are comparatively large, where emerge the echelon discipline structure. Moreover, the differences among regions and colleges are most visible. And there exist discipline depressions in some regions. Here we put forward three suggestions. Firstly, a real-time evaluation is important for discipline development. Secondly, the autonomy of running school is useful for the ease of discipline differences in colleges. Finally, differentiated development and the"Double-Tops"construction should be pushed forward constantly.
