摘要
通过对永磁同步电梯永磁体材质、永磁体的排列结构及永磁同步电机的使用环境进行分析,说明了永磁同步电梯PMSM的使用现状及其产生故障的原因。通过ANSYS软件建立的电梯PMSM有限元结构模型,分析了由于涡流损耗造成的永磁体退磁及其退磁时的检测方法。提出了电梯PMSM在某些条件下退磁的可能性,可为PMSM在大功率电梯的安全使用提供参考。
By analyzing the permanent magnet material of the permanent magnet synchronous elevator, the arrangement structure of the permanent magnet and the environment of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, the current situation of the PMSM of the permanent magnet synchronous elevator and the causes of the fault are explained. Based on the finite element structure model of elevator PMSM established by ANSYS software, the detection method of permanent magnet demagnetization and demagnetization caused by eddy current loss is analyzed. The possibility of demagnetization of elevator PMSM under certain conditions is proposed, which can provide reference for the safe use of PMSM in high-power elevators.
