摘要
为满足高推重比和低维修成本需要,复合材料广泛应用于航空发动机,聚酰亚胺树脂基复合材料是应用在发动机上较为成熟的复合材料之一。目前,国内航空发动机使用的聚酰亚胺复合材料主要有:石墨填充聚酰亚胺和玻璃纤维增强聚酰亚胺,分别应用于VSV可调静子叶片衬套和大尺寸中介机匣盖板,耐高温和长寿命是聚酰亚胺复合材料的主要发展方向。聚酰亚胺的加工工艺对零件的性能影响较大,根据不同的工作环境,需制定相应的成型工艺。
In order to meet the requirement of higher thrust-weight ratio and lower maintenance cost,composite was widely used on high bypass ratio aero-engine,and polyimide resin/composite was one of the maturely material.At present,domestic polyimide resin/composite used on aero-engine conclude:graphite/polyimide resin and glass fiber polyimide resin,which respectively used on VSV (variable stator vane)bushing and fun case skin fillet.In future,High temperature resistance and long- service life will be the main direction of polyimide composite.According to the different working condition in aero engine, relevant molding technology should take into account,because different technology of polyimide will have diverse effect on parts.
