摘要
胰腺癌是一种恶性度极高的消化系统肿瘤,发现多为晚期,放化疗不敏感,预后差。酪氨酸激酶-信号转导与转录激活子(janus kinase-signal transducer and activator of transcription,JAK-STAT)信号通路是一条由细胞因子刺激的信号转导通路,参与细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡以及免疫调节等许多重要的生物学过程。研究表明JAK-STAT信号通路与胰腺癌关系密切,调控JAK-STAT信号通路影响胰腺癌的发生、发展,靶向JAK-STAT信号通路成为胰腺癌治疗研究的热点。因此有必要评述JAK-STAT信号通路及调节胰腺癌增值、凋亡、侵袭及转移等生物学行为的机制,为靶向JAK-STAT信号通路治疗胰腺癌提供理论基础。
Pancreatic cancer is a malignant tumor of digestive system.It is usually found in advanced stage.It is not sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and it is characterized by a poor prognosis.The janus kinase-signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK-STAT)signaling pathway is a signal transduction pathway stimulated by cytokines and involved in cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis and immune regulation of many important biological processes.Since JAK-STAT signaling pathway is closely associated with pan- creatic cancer,targeting this pathway has become the research hotspot for pancreatic cancer.In this review,the basic and clinical researches about JAK-STAT signaling pathway and its association with pancreatic cancer are discussed.
