摘要
目的探讨对行手术治疗的老年腹股沟疝患者实施优质护理的效果。方法选取2016年6月一2017年12月,在厦门大学附属第一医院进行手术治疗的100例老年腹股沟疝患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,所有患者均行腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补手术,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用优质护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果护理后两组焦虑自评量表及汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均有所改善,但观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组、护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于行手术治疗的老年腹股沟疝患者,应给予优质护理,以有效改善患者的负面情绪,提高护理满意度并降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing for elderly patients with inguinal hernia undergoing surgical treatment.Methods From June 2016to December 2017,a total of 100elderly patients with inguinal hernia who underwent surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were randomly divided into observation group and control group (50cases in each group).All patients underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair surgery..The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received high quality nursing care on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects between two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Hamilton depression scale were improved in both groups,and the improvement degree in observation group was significantly better than control group (P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with inguinal hernia undergoing surgery,we should provide high quality nursing,which can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients,enhance nursing satisfaction degree and reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications.
