摘要
乡村振兴是解决人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分发展之间矛盾的必然要求。对乡村振兴战略提出的政治经济背景进行分析,可以看出,新时期乡村振兴战略的实施如果不转变思路,很可能会再次遭遇过去那些由国家主导实施的乡村建设运动所面临的困境。因此,在自上而下的政策实施过程中,需要寻找的是一种自下而上的平衡力量,鼓励地方社会的多元自主发展,寻找乡村发展的内生动力。从人类学的视角来看,实施乡村振兴战略的关键是如何发挥地方社会文化的"创造性转化能力"。
Rural revitalization strategy is the inevitable requirement to solve the contradiciton between the people's ever-growing needs for better life and imbalanced and inadequate development.By analy- zing the political and economic background of the strategy of rural revitalization,the article shows that if we do not change ideas in the implementation of rural revitalization in new era,we will proba- bly encounter the dilemma in rural construction movement implemented under the state guidance. Therefore,in the top-down implementation of the policies,we need find the balanced bottom-up pow- er so as to encourage pluralistic autonomous deyelopment in local society and seek the internal drive for rural development.From the anthropological perspective,the key to the implementation of rural revitalization is how tO play fully the "creative transferring capacity"of the local social culture.
