从太阴及少阴病角度试探恶性胸腔积液的发病机制及治疗 被引量:3

Pathogenesis and Treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion from the Perspective of Taiyin and Shaoyin Disease

摘要 根据《伤寒论》太阴、少阴病的病理特点,认为恶性胸腔积液的发病与太阴、少阴病关系密切,从而提出从太阴及少阴病论治恶性胸腔积液的思路。恶性胸腔积液在临床中最常见于恶性肿瘤胸膜转移,中医病名为悬饮,常见证型包括肺脾气虚、气虚痰湿、寒湿内阻、脾肾阳虚、痰瘀毒聚、阳虚湿困、气阴两虚、阴虚内热等。 According to the pathological characteristics of Taiyin and Shaoyin diseases in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,it is considered that the pathogenesis of malignant pleural effusion is closely related to Taiyin and Shaoyin diseases,and an idea of treating malignant pleura1effusion from Taiyin and Shaoyin diseases is put forward here.Malignant pleural effusion is the most common manifestations in clinical malignant pleural metastasis.The disease is called suspended drink in traditional Chinese medicine.The common syndromes include Qi deficiency of lung and spleen,deficiency of Qi,phlegm and dampness,internal obstruction of cold and dampness,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,deficiency of Yang and dampness,deficiency of both Qi and Yin,and internal heat of Yin deficiency etc.
