摘要
目的探讨无创呼吸机在心脏外科ICU的应用对策。方法收集我院90例2017年1月-2018年1月心脏外科ICU患者。随机分组,所有患者进行无创呼吸机治疗,对照组予以常规护理方法,观察组则予以全面护理方法。比较两组临床疗效;呼吸情况好转时间、心功能好转时间;治疗前后患者心率平均水平、动脉血氧分压水平;不良反应。结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组呼吸情况好转时间、心功能好转时间优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组心率平均水平、动脉血氧分压水平并无明显差异,P> 0.05;治疗后观察组心率平均水平、动脉血氧分压水平优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组不良反应和对照组无明显差异,P> 0.05。结论无创呼吸机在心脏外科ICU的应用对策及全面护理方法实施效果确切,可更好改善心率平均水平、动脉血氧分压水平,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application strategy of noninvasive ventilator in ICU of cardiac surgery. Methods 90cases of ICU in cardiac surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were collected.Patients were randomly assigned to receive non-invasive ventilator therapy,routine nursing was given to the control group, and comprehensive nursing was given to the observation group.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups;The time of improvement of respiratory condition and cardiac function;'The mean heart rate and arterial oxygen partial pressure of patients before and after treatment;Adverse reactions.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The improvement time of respiratory condition and cardiac function in the observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the mean heart rateand arterial oxygen partial pressure between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05. The mean heart rate and arterial oxygen partial pressure of the observation group were better than the control group after treatment,P><0.05.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group,P>0.05.Conclusion The application strategy of non-invasive ventilator in ICU of cardiac surgery and the implementation effect of comprehensive nursing methods are accurate,which can better improve the average heart rate and arterial blood oxygen partial pressure,and is worthy of popularization and application.
