摘要
目的分析在阑尾炎腹腔镜手术中应用不同麻醉方式的临床效果对比。方法选取2016年7月至2018年7月我院拟行阑尾炎腹腔镜手术的病患86例,将病患随机分为两组,每组各43例病患,其中一组病患给予喉罩全麻设为喉罩组,另一组病患给予气管插管麻醉设为气管组,比较分析两组病患的麻醉效果。结果两组病患在t_1、t_2、t_4时间段的HR、SBP、DBP比较无明显差异(P> 0.05),但t_3、t_5时间段的HR、SBP、DBP比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且喉罩组病患的不良反应情况明显优于气管组(P<0.05)。结论在阑尾炎腹腔镜手术中应用喉罩麻醉对病患的血流动力学影响较小不良反应较少,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of different anesthesia in laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods From July 2016to July 2018,86 patients were selected for laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital.The patients were randomLy divided into two groups with.43patients -in each group.One group was given laryngeal mask airway general anesthesia as the laryngeal mask group,and the other group was given tracheal intubation anesthesia as the trachea group.The anesthetic effect of two groups of patients was comparatively analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in HR,SBP and DBP between the two groups at the time of t1,t2and t4(P>0.05),but there were statistically significant differences in HR,SBP and DBP at the time of t3and t5(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the laryngeal mask airway group were significantly better than those in the tracheal tube group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laryngeal mask airway anesthesia in laparoscopic appendectomy has less adverse effects on hemodynamics and is worthy of clinical application.
