摘要
目的分析2种送管方法对小儿静脉留置针置管的临床作用。方法选取我院2018年4月至2018年7月所收治在门诊输液的静脉留置针管患儿100例,根据患儿入院输液时间分为试验组和参照组,每组各50例,参照组患儿给予双手操作送管方式,试验组患儿给予单手进针送管方式,对比2组患儿置管成功率。结果试验组总成功率96%明显高于参照组70%,组间对比统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论在小儿静脉留置针置管当中采用单手进针送管方式,可全面提高置管成功率,在儿科当中可广泛推广运用,其临床应用价值较高。
Objective to analyze the clinical effect of two pipe methods of catheterization on intravenous catheterization in children. Methods 100 cases of patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to July 2018 for intravenous indwelling needle tubes of infusion in the outpatient department were selected. According to the time of infusion, the children were divided into the experimental group and the reference group, with 50 cases in each group. In the reference group, both hands were used for catheterization; in the experimental group, one hand was used for catheterization. The success rate of catheterization was compared between the two groups. Results The total success rate of 96% was significantly higher than that of the reference group 70%, and there was a statistically significant difference between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion the single-hand needle delivery method can be used to improve the success rate of catheter in pediatric intravenous indwelling needle catheter, which can be widely popularized in pediatrics, and its clinical application value is higher.
