摘要 目的探究对中晚期食道癌患者予以介入化疗联合放疗治疗的临床效果。方法将2015年5月至2018年5月本院收治的28例中晚期食道癌患者为研究对象,依照随机分配原则分组,对照组14例患者予以放疗治疗,试验组14例患者予以介入化疗+放疗治疗。观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组中有8例完全缓解、4例部分缓解、2例无缓解;对照组中有7例完全缓解、3例部分缓解、4例无缓解;试验组的总缓解率(85.71%)显著高于对照组(71.43%),两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对中晚期食道癌患者予以加入治疗和放疗治疗,疗效显著,可极力推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of interventional chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy for patients with advanced esophageal cancer. Methods From May 2015 to May 2018, 28 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were studied, grouping according to the principle of random distribution, 14 patients in the control group were treated with radiotherapy. 14 patients in the experimental group were treated with interventional chemotherapy. Radiotherapy treatment. Observe and compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results After treatment, 8 patients had complete remission, 4 patients had partial remission, and 2 patients had no remission. In the control group, 7 patients had complete remission, 3 patients had partial remission, and 4 patients had no remission. The total remission rate of the experimental group(85.71%) was significantly higher than the control group(71.43%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Patients with advanced esophageal cancer are treated with radiotherapy and radiotherapy.
