摘要
目的探讨中医体质辨识在腰椎间盘突出症患者健康教育中的效果。方法将2016年1月至2016年12月期间本院骨伤科收治的100例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给以常规健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上进行中医体质测定,制定针对性干预方案,指导患者进行调护。结果观察组出院时、3个月、6个月的腰椎JOA评分明显高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中医体质辨识应用到腰椎间盘突出症患者健康教育中,能提高患者功能锻炼的依从性,减轻下腰部疼痛,降低复发率,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of physique identification of traditional Chinese medicine in the health education of the patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 100 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients received and treated from January 2016 to December 2016 in the department of orthopedics and traumatology in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,there were 50 cases in each group,the control group were given conventional health education,on the basis of the control group, the physique identification of traditional Chinese medicine was given to the patients in the observation group,the intervention plan was formulated,patients were guided to nursing.Results The JOA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the time of discharge,the third months and sixth months after discharge,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,there was a'statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of physique identification of traditional Chinese medicine in the health education for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can improve compliance of functional exercise, reduce lower back pain,reduce recurrence rate and improve quality of life.
