摘要
随着如今网络信息技术的快速发展,掌上医院也在经由发展后得到建立。掌上医院依靠网络信息技术与医院进行连接,帮助百姓可以享受到便捷的远程医疗服务,使患者可以在家里享受到全方位的远程服务,可以从挂号、交费、就诊等进行一体化服务,帮助患者可以享受到更加舒适的就医体验。虽然持续的改革可以较好地帮助百姓患者更好地享受医疗服务,但是仍然存在大多数患者就医困难的问题,这样的问题对患者的就医带来较多的影响。根据国家卫生计生委、国家中医药管理局《关于印发进一步改善医疗服务行动计划的通知》以及河北省卫生计生委、河北省中医药管理局《关于印发河北省进一步改善医疗服务行动计划实施方案的通知》设立了掌上医院,以便于更好地帮助患者方面的就诊,为患者提供更好的医疗服务,改善承德地区在掌上医院方面的空白,帮助患者可以得到更好的就医体验。
With the rapid development of network information technology, the handheld hospital has also been established through development. The handheld hospital relies on network information technology to connect with the hospital to help the people to enjoy convenient telemedicine services, so that patients can enjoy all-round remote services at home, and can provide integrated services from registration, payment, and consultation. Patients can enjoy a more comfortable medical experience. Although continuous reforms can better help people’s patients to better enjoy medical services, there are still problems in most patients’ medical treatment. Such problems have a greater impact on patients’ medical treatment. According to the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine <Notice on Printing and Distributing the Action Plan for Further Improving Medical Services> and Hebei Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission, Hebei Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine <Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for Further Improving the Medical Service Action Plan of Hebei Province>, established a Pocket Hospital, to better help patients to see patients, provide better medical services for patients, improve the gap in the pocket hospitals in Chengde, and help patients get a better medical experience.
