污泥中还原性基团的赋存形态研究 被引量:1

EXISTENT FORMS OF THE REDUCTIVE GROUPS IN SEWAGE SLUDGE

摘要 由于污泥再燃时产生的还原性气体能够将烟气中的NO_x还原为N_2,污泥再燃脱硝已成为烟气脱硝领域的研究热点。但污泥本身的结构非常复杂,故还原性基团在其结构中的赋存形态至今仍不明确。针对上述问题开展研究,首先选取5个梯度终温依次对污泥进行惰性气氛下的热解热分析实验,利用核磁共振技术依次分析不同终温下的热解产物,最后从高终温到低终温依次倒推出污泥原样中还原性基团的赋存形态。结果表明,污泥中还原性基团以CH_3N、RCH_2—S—、RCH_2—N、RCH_2—O—、R_2CH—N、R_2CH—S—及环炔烃等有机官能团或碳氢化合物的形态赋存。而采用从高终温到低终温的核磁共振谱图倒推分析法,可避免由于污泥本身结构复杂而造成的峰形叠加,提高了分析的精度。 Because of the reductive gas composition produced by reburning of sludge can restore NOx to N2in flue gas,sludge reburning denitrification has been a hot topic in De-NOx research.However the structure of sludge is pretty complicated.So the existent forms of reductive groups in sludge is still undefined.The purpose of this paper was carried out to to explore the problem.Firstly,The thermal decomposition analysis of sludge was performed at five gradient temperature.Secondly,the thermal decomposition products at different temperature were analysed by NMR.Finally,the existent forms of reductive groups in sludge was deduced backwards from higher temperature to lower temperature.The results of the experiment indicated that the reductive groups in sludge were in the form of organic-functional groups or hydrocarbon,such as CH3N=,RCH2-S-, RCH2-N=,RCH2-O-,R2CH-N=,R2CH-S-and cycloalkyne.The method of deducing backwards from higher temperature to lower temperature by NMR helped to avoid the superposition of NMR peak caused bysludge complicated structure,and improved accuracy of analysis.
