摘要
模糊层次分析法能够实现绿色施工管理综合评价的定性及定量分析。以常德首能太阳能薄膜标准化厂房为例,基于模糊层次基本理论进行该项目的绿色施工管理控制过程评价。根据绿色施工管理控制内容及相关标准,构建包括环境影响,资源利用与节约,绿色综合管理在内的大型厂房的绿色施工评价指标体系,采用层次分析法进行因素排序及评价,确定不同评价指标的隶属度,最后进行模糊综合评价矩阵计算及评价结果分析。分析结果表明:模糊层次分析定量确定的总评价元素最大值为0.401,对应评语集内容为优秀,说明该项目工程进行的绿色施工内容达到了控制的效果,属于优秀等级。
The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process can realize the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the comprehensive evaluation of green construction management.Taking Changde First Energy Solar Film Factory as an example,the evaluation of the green construction management and control process of the project was conducted based on the basic theory of fuzzy hierarchy.According to the green construction management control content and related standards,a green construction evaluation index system for large- scale factory buildings including environmental impact,resource utilization and conservation,and green integrated management is constructed,and the AHP is used to sort and evaluate the factors,and to determine the different evaluation indexes.Degree of membership,the final fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix calculation and evaluation results analysis.The analysis results show that the maximum value of the total evaluation element quantitatively determined by the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is 0.401,and the content of the corresponding comment set is excellent,indicating that the green construction content of the project project has reached the control effect and is an excellent grade.
