摘要
如何在山地城市的山体地形限制和人口离散布局条件下发展快速公交是一个难题。规划层面,在剖析了山地城市发展特点的基础上,提出了发展快速公交的客流需求、工程条件和空间融合3个必要条件;建设层面,结合贵阳市中环快速公交建设和运营经验,剖析了目前工程建设和运营过程中的项目管理和技术难题,提出应在项目全寿命周期视角下融合建设与运营,应在功能一体化角度下组合道桥和建筑。
How to develop the bus rapid transit(BRT) of the mountainous cities under the conditions of limited mountain terrain and dispersed population is a difficulty. On the basis of analyzing the development characteristics of mountainous city from the planning level, the article puts forward three necessary conditions of passenger flow demand, engineering condition and space integration to development the BRT. Combined with the construction and operation experience of BRT for the Middle Ring of Guiyang City from the construction level, the article analyzes the project management and technical difficulties in the present construction and operation processes of the project, and puts forward to integrate the construction and operation under the viewing angle of the whole life cycle of the project, and to combine the bridge and building under the angle of function integration.
