摘要
针对电厂供热改造工程,从设计角度对大口径供热蒸汽管道的布置方案、管径选择、支吊架设计和保温设计进行了分析。作为压力管道的一种,蒸汽管道具有高流速、高温、高压等特点。为保证蒸汽管道安全、高效、稳定运行,在满足条文规范的前提下,需做好相关设计,特别是大口径蒸汽管道的设计工作。因此,以安徽某600 MW机组供热改造方案为例,对大口径供热蒸汽管道的设计过程和注意要点进行了阐述。
For heating revamp project of power plant,from the design point of view,the pipe arrangement,selection of pipe diameter,supports and hangers and insulation of big size heating piping are analyzed.As one kind of pressure piping,the steam piping has the the following features,such as high flow velocity,high temperature and high pressure etc.To ensure the safe,efficient and stable operation,with the premise of meeting the requirement of codes and standards,the design of big size steam piping is a significant job.Taking heating revamp project of one 600MW power plant in Anhui province for example,the design procedure and key points of designing the big size steam piping are set forth here.
