摘要
针对放电过程中车辆运行工况复杂多变导致SOC估算不准确的问题,提出了一种带校准参数的SOC估算方法。该方法结合校准参数对安时积分法进行优化,通过触发满充校准过程,实现对放电过程中SOC的修正。实车测试结果表明,该优化方法可以有效解决SOC虚高、虚低的问题,使SOC误差保持在±5%以内,且算法的校准效果不会随时间推移而衰减。
Aiming at the problem of inaccurate SOC estimation caused by complex and variable vehicle operating conditions during discharge process,a SOC estimation method with calibration parameters is proposed.The method is optimized by combining the calibration parameters with the ampere-time integral method,and the correction of SOC in the discharge process is realized by triggering the full calibration process.The test results of real vehicle show that the optimization algorithm can effectively solve the problem of high and low deficiency of SOC,keeping the error of SOC within ±5%.The calibration effect of the algorithm will not attenuate with time.
