摘要
结合当前"互联网+"和"大众创业、万众创新"的大背景,深入分析这一背景下的创新及创新指数内涵;并构建对应的创新指数评价指标体系,并以江苏省为例,对其2012—2017年的创新指数进行求解并对其创新发展状况进行总结和分析。
According to the current situation of the development in our country and the basis of innovation known from theory and literature review,we analyze the connotation of the innovation and structure the innovation indexes system under the background of"Internet + ". Establishing the comprehensive evaluation model and taking Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper has calculated the value of Jiangsu’s innovation index between 2012 and 2017 and has summarized and analyzed the development status of Jiangsu in recent years.
