摘要
文章介绍董幼祺教授防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的临证经验。阐述正气虚弱是发病的基础,在临床的急性期、缓解期、稳定期,分别以祛除邪气、扶正祛邪、调扶正气为法则。尤其强调恢复人体正气,并配合穴位贴敷和冬季膏方等方法进行预防性治疗,以改善患儿体质,提高其免疫力。
This article articulates professor DONG You-qi's clinical experience in preventing and curing infantile recurrent respiratory infections.It is noted that the weakness of the vital qi is the basis of onset.As per the different clinical phases of acute stage,remission stage,and stationary stage,different therapeutic principles are advised accordingly,namely eliminating pathogenic factors,strengthening the vital qi and eliminating pathogenic factors,as well as regulating and supporting the vital qi. Particular emphasis is suggested on recovering the vital qi with preventive treatments like acupoint application and herbal paste in winter,in an effort to improve patients'physique and immunity.
