摘要 介绍了D-23居住公服项目设计、施工、验收过程中被动式超低能耗建筑的建设过程及要点,对外保温工艺、断桥节点构造设计以及气密性技术措施等6项关键技术指标进行充分调研、分析和优化,结合超低能耗PHPP等软件对建筑能耗进行分析,最终形成科学、经济、合理、可行的成套被动式超低能耗建筑建设技术体系。 Construction process and key points of passive ultra-low energy consumption building in the process of design,construction and acceptance of D-23residential public service project are introduced. Six key technical indicators,such as external insulation technology,structural design of broken bridge joints and air tightness,are fully investigated,analyzed and optimized.Combined with ultra-low energy consumption PHPP and other software,building energy consumption is analyzed.Finally,a scientific, economic,reasonable and feasible set of passive ultra-low energy consumption building technology system is formed.
