摘要
分别采用碱和硅烷偶联剂A-151处理核桃壳粉体以增强不饱和树脂复合材料。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR),X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、热重分析(TGA)和力学性能测试研究了处理剂对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂A-151可接枝于核桃壳粉体表面。复合材料的起始分解温度在210℃左右,满足使用需求。核桃壳粉体质量分数分别为5%,10%,15%,20%时,硅烷偶联剂处理的核桃壳复合材料的拉伸强度比碱处理的材料分别提高了3.78%、2.73%、18,06%、10.03%。碱和硅烷偶联剂处理后的复合材料冲击强度与基体相比分别增加了21.12%和30.30%。
The walnut shell powder treated with alkali and silane coupling agent were used to strengthen the unsaturated resin composite. The effects of treatment agent on the properties of composites were investigated by infrared spectrum (FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscop (XPS),thermogravimetric analysis (TGA)and mechanical properties test.The results showed that the silane coupling agent A-151 was grafted on the surface of walnut shell powder.The initial decomposition temperature of the composite was about 210℃ and met the needs of use.When the mass fraction of walnut shell powder was 5%,10%,15% and 20%,respectively,the tensile strength of the silane coupling agent treated walnut shell composite was 3.78%,2.73%,18.06% and 10.03% higher than that of the alkali treated material.The impact strength of the composite treated with alkali and silane coupling agent was increased by 21.12% and 30.30%, respectively,compared with that of the matrix.
