摘要
企业经营绩效除了取决于自身的生产经营活动,还依赖于外部资源,由此产生的与其他组织的互动形成了企业的关系网络,进而形成了企业的社会资本。对苏宁易购集团来说,社会资本作用于企业的决策阶段促使其以较低的决策成本更新经营策略、不断创造利润;社会资本作用于供应阶段使企业以较低的相关交易成本提高供应能力、形成品牌效应,提高利润水平;在销售阶段,基于客户关系形成的社会资本提高了企业的销售收入;在配送阶段,在政府方社会资本的影响下获得更多的资金支持、更多的配送资质,从而增加企业的营业外收入。因此,基于关系网络形成的社会资本会影响企业的经营过程,影响成本费用的耗费程度与收入利润的获取程度,进而影响企业的盈利能力从而全面促进经营绩效的提高。
In addition to the production and management activities of the enterprise itself,the business performance also depends on ext.ernal resources.The resulting interactions with other organizations form a network of relationship between enterprises,which in turn forms the social capital of the enterprise.Based on the case study of Suning.corn Group,it is found that social capital plays a role in the decision-making stage of the enterprise,which enables it to update its business strategy with lower decision-making costs and continuously create profits.The social capital of supply stage enables the company to raise supply capacity and brand effect with lower related costs between suppliers,ultimately improve gross profit;in the sales stage,social capital based on customer relationship increases the sales revenue;in the distribution stage,more funds and qualifications promote the improvement of other income and non-operating income under the influence of government's social capital.Therefore,the social capital based on relationship network will affect the business process,the degree of cost and income,and then affect the profitability to promote the improvement of business performance.
